Before registering a trademark, it is highly recommended to verify if there are prior rights that may affect your application and/or verify that the trademark does not fall under any of the absolute grounds for refusal.. The search for prior rights allows you to identify such prior trademarks in the official databases consulted.

- Basic: this option will only reflect identical prior rights. If there are similar prior rights, even with minimal or slight differences with respect to the searched sign, they will not be covered by this service and will therefore not be reported.
